Messages left after-hours or on weekends will be addressed the following weekday on a first come first served basis.  After-hours emergencies such as a network outage or severe network performance degradation should also be left on the support voicemail, will be addressed in a priority fashion.  This will mean 2-hour callback time and 4 hour on-site response time.
